A : Pukul hingga kembang
500gm cream cheese
100gm castor sugar
B 3# eggs yolk
C 25 gm soft flour or self raising; flour-sieve
D 200mls cream(ANCHOR) / susu segar
E : Pukul these three till putih melepak n bila diterbalikkan tak jatuh.
3# white eggs
40gm castor sugar
13gm corn flour
80gm melted butter - sejukkan suam-suam kuku.
For lapisan bawah cake:
4 cups biskut marrie or cream crackers
1/2 cup melted butter <--- Tekan dalam acuan n letak dalam freezer.
Then tuangkan adunan cake di atasnya.
Bakar 180c selama 1 jam (preheat oven)

P/s: Petua cheese cake
1: Acuan- guna acuan spring foam. Gi kedai kek tanya acuan cheese cake, kalau acuan biasa susah nak potong nanti.
2: Cara bakar-need oven api atas dan bawah. Pas tuh u buat mcm double boiler (cake di bakar di atas bekas yg berisi air) Ini penting tau, kalau just bakar mcm biasa, gerenti tak menjadi cake tuh, texture dia jadi lain.
3: Last skali bila nak potong cheese cake always guna pisau yg dipanaskan dulu. Either nak panaskan ngan api or rendam dulu pisau tuh ngan air panas.
My reminder : Sediakan each portion separately and then baru masukkan sequentially every portion. A to B; B to C and seterusnya.
Disclaimer : The recipe given by a fren, belum try lagi. So tak tahu lagi whats the result and does the flow betul atau tidak. I post it just for my own keepsake. Senang nak cari nanti bila2 nak guna.
