My days of calmness holiday almost reach its end. Suddenly I feel my head and my heart aching non-stop pulak tu. Eheh. Actually I’m eager to see those kids, believe me, I do. However, the thought that I’m going to be busy from 6.30 am till 6.30 pm 5 days a week makes me feel listless and restless. Let alone when the time really comes. I guarantee I’ll become more n more listless! I want to share my so-called resolution once I got my ching ching! I would dream a rack full of required supplements to make my body fit, energetic and have the extraordinary power to handle children like in Form 4 Intan to listen and to be able to shut their unstoppable mouth. As all know, we are in a rojak community in Malaysia, right? But when one community is conquering one particular organisation, the others have to work harder to catch up with them.
As I said before, the school itself is new. The teachers are mostly newbie. We don’t have many senior teachers here, but each one of us tried so hard to do our job without fail. We try to grab all responsibilities given to us and sometimes we hope for extra limbs. Can you imagine how tough being a teacher these days. Those who keep saying that being a teacher is incredibly an easier profession, I would personally send them an invitation card to pay us a visit. You are welcome to see us. I’m not talking about rural teachers, their hard time life over there is undeniable. Yes, they deserve that OneFive. But being a teacher in town is not an easy task too. Not saying that I want to claim extra allowances, just a thought from me being a teacher in town. Money is not a big thing for the students, they can pay any amount required by the school, they are IT-savvy people, and even my Form 1 students own a notebook. But me, still calculating my long-ledger-book to buy one. One thing I cannot stand is they like to open their mouth with extra loud voices. Even if they are sitting side by side, they talk loudly. Believe me, VERY LOUD. They will talk and talk and keep talking. When we give warning or marah sekali, they will senyap sekali, and continue talking banyak kali *sigh*. I wonder where the mistake is, somehow this is our 4th year operating, and maybe when we have enough teachers, we will build our own empire. Ahahah. But all in all, in ones life, we should thankful to HIM for what HE already gave us and hopefully this giving continues. InsyaAllah.
Nwy, thank you to Kak Ida, Kak Shidah and Awanis for the help. I really believe the saying “The friend in need is a friend indeed”. Thanks for trusting me.
And for Kak Azah, thanks for the madu lebah! I can feel good changes in me. Good sleep, more energy and feel healthy! Hope I can run faster after this to catch up my classes. *wink*
I am grateful to Allah for giving many good friends in my life. And I hope this good friendship will never end.
