Sunday[12Dec] approximately around 1pm we; the whole famili n Asem went to Simpang Renggam for Ura's wedding. We arrived the wedding venue after 45mins frm SI. Upon arriving, Ura anxiously waiting for her bersanding time. We were greeted by her mum n other group of frens. Ura looked different with the make up and the beautiful gold bridal dress. Her hubby looked berseri² too. The wedding gifts, wedding dais and bridal room all in maroon n gold subject. In the bridal room, i can see her wedding gifts were nicely decorated by her own creativity n capability. Bravo.
Wedding that take place in a kampung normally its a communal affair. The tasks being deligated among the kampung people. They called it as rewang. They involved with cooking the food, serving the food to the wedding guest also not forgotten the dishwasher team. They are all ready and poised for action. This is the malay kampung style. Its makan time, the food taste super yummy. Then after eating and watching the bride n groom on the wedding dais, we decided to go home and we went to the high table to say congratulations to Ura n hubby. Again..me n my tears. *Sob sob sob* She was no longer Cik Ura that i used to tarik² went for window shopping. Upgraded her title to Puan Ura now, i think we will have limited time together. *But still, we do have our lunch time kan.* Congratulations Ura!
